4x40 Spiral Wound Ultra Filter System

  • Better Water LLC has the solution to all of your post Reverse Osmosis and final filtration needs.
  • Ultra Filtration is defined as a mid-range filtration incorporating one feed source, one permeate stream, and one reject stream.
  • An Ultra Filter in conjunction with good disinfecting programs, is the most effective means of controlling bacteria and endotoxins in the post-treatment and distribution segments of a water purification system.
  • Ultra Filters can reject bacteria and endotoxins, whereas, submicron filters and ultraviolet irradiators are effective for bacteria alone.
  • Better Water LLC's custom designed and built Ultra Filters contain polysulfone membranes, which are enclosed in special vessels to process Revere Osmosis Product water or Deionization Polished Reverse Osmosis Product water, and provide an extremely high recovery rate (90-95%).

  • Better Water LLC’s Cartridge Based Filter System utilizes filter cartridges enclosed in housings to process Reverse Osmosis/Deionization water and wall-mounted. This filter assembly is not intended for any other applications.
  • The Pyrogen filter will reject (capture) bacteria, pyrogens, and endotoxins.
  • There are two filter options; .03 micron and .05 micron.
  • Available with 2, 3, and 4 filter cartridges. The specific application will determine the number of filters required.
  • Includes inlet and outlet pressure gauges, drain port, and sanitary sample ports.

  • Better Water LLC’s Cartridge Based Filter System utilizes a .03 micron Pyrogen filter cartridge enclosed in a housing to process Reverse Osmosis / Deionization water and is wall mounted. This filter assembly is not intended for any other applications.
  • The Pyrogen filter will reject (capture) bacteria, pyrogens, and endotoxins.
  • 20” Slim-Line Housing or 30” Stainless-Steel Housing options.
  • Includes inlet and outlet ressure gauges, drain port, and sanitary sample ports.
